Speaking Engagements—

Hope Wang’s practice is intrinsically tied with equity in the arts and she strives to complain about it regularly. She believes artist’s pay is an equity issue, and her research interests include systems that foster fair working conditions for artists to flourish both creatively and financially. In classrooms, public lectures, and panel discussions, Hope often presents on her practice as both an artist and arts administrator, sharing what she’s learned and how it inspires the studio culture she’s cultivating through LMRM.
